Where you might be right now

The clock's ticking. You're not out of it.

A poor WA / TP result tells you where you stand today. But it doesn't tell you where you'll stand in September during Prelims and November during A levels— that's decided by whether the next few months are coached with real structure, not by the number you're carrying right now.

01

Your WA / TP grade doesn't match your effort

Hours went in. The paper came back with a number that didn't reflect them. That gap is rarely about effort — it's usually about whether you've been taught to write under exam pressure, not just understanding concepts in your own time.

02

You don't know which gap is yours

Content, application, or evaluation — every J2s is actually stuck at one of these, not all three. Diagnosing which one costs you the most marks is the job of someone who's read real policy decisions, not just marked exam scripts.

03

Late isn't the same as lost

Every lesson recorded since the programme began is yours from the day you join. A later start is a logistics problem to solve, not a ceiling on the grade you can still reach.

What actually moves the grade

Three legs. One race.

1

Content

The firms and AD/AS diagrams behind how markets and policy actually behave. Get this wrong and everything after it wobbles — get it right and it's still only worth a passing grade on its own.

Built into the recordings library

2

Application

Plenty of students know the content and still watch the marks disappear on the page. The gap isn't what you know — it's whether your script withstands exam conditions, and that's trained through marked scripts every week, not extra reading.

Trained through weekly & mock marking

3

Evaluation

This is where scripts separate. A templated evaluation reads the same to every examiner marking hundreds of them. Real judgement about policy trade-offs is what still stands out — and it's coached from someone who spent years on the other side of those actual decisions at MAS.

I attended a microecons crashcourse and the way the class was conducted was very unique ! Instead of us passively absorbing content, mr teo also got us into groups to socialise and discuss about how to identify concepts tested in topics. Mr teo also taught us how to study smarter for H2 econs by learning how to analyse previous years questions. I like how we can learn actively here
I attended Mr Teo’s crash course in May on Microeconomics and I found the crash course extremely useful as it helped me approach Economics revision in a much more structured and strategic way. One of the most valuable aspects was the topic-spotting and essay breakdown session, which showed me how different topics can be linked together and how to identify the key concepts and evaluation points examiners are looking for. The essay breakdowns were especially helpful because they demonstrated how strong answers are planned and developed, rather than simply memorising content. The tutor, Mr Teo, also shared practical revision techniques that made macroeconomics feel much less overwhelming and helped me focus on the areas that matter most. After attending the session, I started thinking about revision differently. I saw it not just as content memorisation, but as understanding common question patterns, building stronger arguments, and applying concepts effectively in exams. I would definitely recommend Ace Your Econs to other JC Economics students, especially those looking for a clearer revision strategy and better exam techniques. It is the definitive tuition needed to score your A for A levels Econs 😁

I am Dhuva from nyjc. I attended the crash course on market failure. I found the crash course really useful! Mr Teo focused more on essay questions rather than content work during the crash course which was really helpful for me to understand exam formats and how to break down essay questions. He also focused on topic spotting based on past year A level trends which felt more targeted towards efficient revision. Mr Teo’s explanations are very clear for me to understand and thus I would definitely recommend this to other JC econs students!
I am Alice, a J2 students from Dunman High School and I am taking H2 Econs. I am very glad to have joined AYE and received generous support to address the key challenges that I faced in learning the subject. I think what gives Mr Teo and AYE a comparative advantage (iykyk) is the ample practice and strengthening of concepts. I am grateful for Mr Teo in addressing our queries during lessons and providing support even beyond the classroom. I became more confident in the subject after just joining for 3 months and saw a leap in my econs grade.
If you are looking to improve your econs grades and often feel confused or uncertain about economic concepts, I highly recommend Ace Your Econs to see results and you might realise the subject is not so difficult after all.

I am May, a parent of Ace Your Econs. I first came across Mr Jeffrey Teo and Ace Your Econs when I was searching online for a reliable and experienced Economics tutor for my son from SAJC after he did not perform well in his J1 promotional examinations.

From the start, Mr Teo demonstrated great patience, dedication and genuine care for his students. He took the time to guide my son step by step and explained difficult economic concepts clearly whenever he struggled to understand them. Beyond content mastery, Mr Teo also emphasised effective answering techniques and exam strategies, which helped my son approach A-Level Economics questions with much greater confidence and clarity.

Encouraged by the improvement I saw in my first son, I later enrolled my second son from EJC in Mr Teo’s classes as well. Once again, Mr Teo proved to be an exceptional mentor. My son’s understanding of Economics improved significantly, and his results showed a clear and impressive improvement compared to his school grades.

Because of the trust and confidence we have in Mr Teo, I will certainly send my youngest child, who will be entering EJC, to him as well if she decides to take H2 Economics.

To parents who may be unsure about which Economics tutor to choose, I highly and wholeheartedly recommend Mr Teo. He is not only an outstanding tutor with strong subject expertise, but also a teacher who truly cares about his students. He consistently goes the extra mile to ensure that every student understands the concepts, improves their answering techniques, and gains the confidence needed to excel.

Most importantly, he is always approachable and willing to listen whenever students need guidance or advice. Mr Teo is a tutor you can trust to support your child throughout their Economics journey.

Im jayden from tmjc. I got to know about this tuition agency online when I was searching for econ tuition after my wa2. Mr teo sets himself apart as each session has an essay writing practice which helps us apply concepts. I appreciate how Mr teo is able to relate to his students and is able to break down difficult concepts into simple terms for us to easily understand. Through this tuition, I have been able to climb from a C in wa2 to a B in promos.
One thing I would like to share with other students is that Mr teo will be able to help u improve ur grades as long as ure willing to put it the effort as well.

i am rioson from TJC, and i got to know Mr Teo through my parents' recommendation, and my trial class was really useful as Mr Teo went through questions at a pace that wasn't too fast or slow, and ensured at seperate points throughout the lesson that everyone could understand the content. I really liked how friendly Mr Teo was, as he kept checking that I understood what was going on, and seemed really friendly with the other students throughout the entire class.

I am Ziqi from DHS I got to know Mr Teo and AYE through my friend and I think that this tuition is really academically rigorous and is driving me to work harder and develop a passion for econs. As a student, I think Mr Teo is rather understanding and always help to make alternative arrangements when we are unable to make it for a certain lesson to optimise our learning progress. He is also very patient with his students! AYE is a tuition that holds you responsible and accountable for all the work you do and pushes you forward to the best of your limits, AYE really does help you ACE your econs with such a great tutor!

Before you join

The questions worth asking.

I'm joining after the August mock or the evaluation workshop have passed — can I get a discount?

The fee covers the full run to November, not a per-event ticket. Anything held before you join is available as a recording plus a written debrief, so a later start never means less content — that's exactly what the recordings and catch-up marking are built for. Pricing is not pro-rated.

I haven't covered most of the J2 content yet — will I be lost?

No. The full recordings library lets you rebuild the foundation at your own pace, and up to 6 of your earlier worksheets are marked personally on joining to close the immediate gaps.

Do I have to write every mock exam?

The August mock is a full rehearsal for everyone. The 4 October mocks are optional to write — sit in and listen, or write and submit for marking, whichever suits where you are.

How many essays can I get marked when I join?

Up to 6 earlier in-class worksheets, marked personally, so a later start still comes with real feedback on what you've already attempted.

Do I need to already be an AYE student to join?

No. The Final Stretch is open to any JC2 H2 Economics student. If you've been with AYE earlier this year, catch-up marking covers the worksheets you've already attempted. If you're new, the full recordings library plays the same role — either way, you start from wherever you actually are, not from scratch.

Can I pay in installments?

The full amount is due at registration. If you're facing genuine financial hardship, reach out to the admin team directly — this is handled quietly, case by case, not as a standard payment plan.

What if I need to withdraw partway through?

The fee is not refunded or pro-rated once you've joined. If you miss sessions along the way, make-up classes and the recordings library cover the gap — the same policy that applies across all AYE programmes.

What happens right after I register?

You'll be added to the next scheduled lesson, and full access to the recordings library, prediction list and materials follows shortly after. Your first catch-up worksheets and mock exam dates get confirmed directly with Mr Teo.

What makes this different from other JC economics revision programmes?

Two things most centres can't offer together. Evaluation — the stage that actually separates grades — is coached by someone who spent years on the other side of real MAS policy decisions, not just marking exam scripts. And catch-up marking credits worksheets you've already done in an AYE classroom, rather than treating a late start as a blank slate.
